The mattress you sleep on matters.

UV-C sanitised, dry cleaned, and enzyme treated. We lift out dust mites, dead skin, and the allergens they feed on, then kill bacteria, viruses, and mould spores on the surface. No water, no steam, no chemicals. Available as an add-on to any of our services.

You spend roughly a third of your life on your mattress. Every night your body sheds skin, sweats, and breathes moisture into the layers underneath you, feeding dust mites, bacteria, and mould.

Our mattress service is a dry clean plus enzyme treatment, finished with UV-C sanitising. We dry vacuum the mattress through sealed HEPA filtration to pull out dust mites, dead skin, and debris, apply a non-toxic enzyme treatment that breaks down the allergens left behind, then pass a UV-C lamp over the surface to kill bacteria, viruses, and mould spores on contact. No steam, no shampoo, no soaking, and nothing left damp.

It runs as an add-on to any service we provide, or as a standalone booking. We also treat pillows, rugs, and sofas on request.

Why dry, not steam

A dry method, by design.

We dry clean, sanitise with UV-C, and finish with a non-toxic enzyme treatment. No water, no shampoo, no soaking, so nothing gets pushed into the layers or left damp.

Dry, not steam

Steam pushes moisture deep into the layers, and anything left wet feeds new mould. Our clean is dry from start to finish.

UV-C sanitised

A UV-C lamp passes across the surface and kills bacteria, viruses, and mould spores on contact.

Non-toxic enzyme finish

A non-toxic enzyme treatment breaks down the allergens dust mites feed on. No harsh chemicals, no residue.

How it works

1

Dry clean

We vibrate the mattress to lift embedded debris, then draw out dust mites, dead skin, and dust through a sealed HEPA vacuum. No water, no damp.

2

UV-C sanitise

A UV-C lamp passes across the surface, killing bacteria, viruses, and mould spores on contact.

3

Enzyme treatment

A non-toxic enzyme treatment breaks down the allergens and organic matter dust mites feed on, leaving the mattress fresh and ready to use.

Common questions

How often should I have my mattress cleaned?

Every 6 to 12 months for most homes. More often if there are allergies, asthma, pets sleeping on the bed, or you live somewhere humid. Schools and other institutional settings are typically yearly.

What does the UV-C step actually do?

UV-C light kills bacteria, viruses, and mould spores on the surface of the mattress on contact. It is the same germicidal wavelength used in clinical sanitising, passed across the mattress after the dry clean.

Is the enzyme treatment safe for my mattress and family?

Yes. The enzyme treatment is non-toxic and safe for memory foam, innerspring, latex, and hybrid mattresses. No harsh chemicals, no fumes, no residue.

How long until I can sleep on the mattress?

The same day. Because the process is dry, with no water or steam, there is no drying time. The mattress is sanitised and ready to use within minutes of finishing.

Why dry, not steam?

Steam pushes moisture deep into the mattress, and any water that does not fully evaporate becomes new food for mould. Our method skips water entirely (dry clean, UV-C, then enzyme treatment), so there is nothing left damp.

Can I add this to another service?

Yes. Mattress cleaning runs as an add-on to any service we provide, or as a standalone booking. Tell us when you book and we will fold it into the same visit.

Do you treat hospitality, hotels, or short-stay rentals?

Yes. We service hotels, short-stay rentals, schools (typically yearly), and other hospitality settings. For multi-bed jobs, get in touch to scope it.
