When mould contamination is severe, widespread, or involves concealed areas like wall cavities and HVAC systems, surface treatment alone isn't enough. Commercial-grade fogging disperses SAN-AIR as a fine aerosol throughout the entire space, reaching every corner, crevice, and concealed cavity.
The fog penetrates materials and spaces that sprays and wipes can't reach — inside walls, above ceiling tiles, through ductwork, and into sub-floor cavities. It's particularly effective for large spaces, whole-building treatments, and post-flood remediation where contamination is widespread.

Common questions
When is fogging necessary versus surface treatment?

Fogging is recommended for: contamination larger than 3 square metres, mould in concealed areas (wall cavities, HVAC systems), whole-building treatments, and post-flood remediation. For smaller, surface-only problems, spray treatment is usually sufficient.
Is fogging safe for furnishings and electronics?

Yes. SAN-AIR fog is a dry aerosol that doesn't leave moisture or residue on surfaces. It's safe for furnishings, electronics, fabrics, and all building materials.
How long until I can re-enter the space after fogging?

Typically 2–4 hours, depending on the size of the area. We use HEPA filtration to clear the space and verify air quality before confirming safe re-entry.
